Cord Blood Awareness Month raises aware- ness about the medical value of stem cells in a baby’s umbilical cord blood, umbilical cord tissue and placenta. Parents can bank these cells privately for use by their own
family or donate them to public banks for the benefit of patients seeking a donor for stem cell therapy. Parent’s Guide to Cord Blood Foundation supports all parent options
